Assembly Operator Woodworking Day Shift HQ Pack Schijndel Full-Time

Salary: €2940 gross per month (€16.95 per hour)
Full-time: 40 hours per week in day shift
25 vacation days per year

As an assembly operator at HQ Pack, you’ll independently assemble industrial packaging, working mainly with wood but also other technical materials. You’ll use modern woodworking machines and tools to ensure everything fits perfectly according to blueprints and measurements. Safety is key: you follow instructions and use personal protective equipment as needed.

You start by preparing the necessary materials
You assemble parts according to technical drawings
You carefully check measurements and product quality
Together with your colleagues, you ensure a smooth production process
You maintain machines and tools and help out where needed

1 to 5 years of relevant experience (assembly, operator, or woodworking)
Technical insight and ability to read technical drawings
Work accurately, precisely, and carefully
A real team player and cooperative
Fluency in Dutch and/or English
Affinity with wood, plastics, metal, or cardboard
Basic knowledge of machines and tools
