The role is responsible for analyzing and transforming operational and manufacturing data into actionable insights. The Data Analyst will develop scalable analytics solutions and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and enable continuous improvement across manufacturing and supply chain functions.This position is based in India but operates as a global role, supporting cross-regional teams and stakeholders and contributing to global analytics initiatives, standardization efforts, and best practices across locations.
Analyze and interpret key operational datasets including PPC, inventory, consumption, and manufacturing KPIs
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Integrate data from multiple sources including ERP systems and data warehouses
Support management reporting, performance reviews, and business insights generation
Establish and standardize KPI definitions across functions
Drive automation initiatives and continuous improvement in reporting processes
Collaborate with global stakeholders across regions (Europe, Asia, Americas) to align reporting standards and analytics frameworks
Support global KPI standardization and cross-site performance benchmarking
Work across time zones to deliver insights for global operations and leadership teams
Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot)
Required Skills – Analytical & Functional
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Understanding of manufacturing KPIs (OTD, inventory turns)
Exposure to Power Automate or ETL tools
Understanding of data pipelines and integration
Awareness of digital transformation initiatives
Strong stakeholder communication and ability to work with international teams
Experience working in cross-cultural or global environments
Ability to manage stakeholders across different time zones
3–8 years in data analytics / BI, preferably manufacturing
Engineering or Data Analytics / Computer Science
