Where do you want to work?
We are looking for an to ensure accurate and efficient management of product master data, assortment, and lifecycle processes for our Plant Based, Dairy and Beverages categories across Nordics & Baltics. This role is key to supporting seamless product launches and ongoing operations by maintaining high data integrity, coordinating information across functions, and driving governance in activity management systems.

Please note that this is a temporary role until December 2027.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Maintain and update product master data, including SKU creation, modifications, status changes, and lifecycle management activities in relevant systems.
Ensure accurate maintenance of product assortments, including additions, updates, and discontinuations across markets and channels.
Support product phase-in and phase-out activities, ensuring all required master data, pricing, listings, and operational requirements are completed on time.
Coordinate and validate all information required for successful product launches, including product codes, pricing, supply readiness, and system setup.
Facilitate information flow between Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Factories, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
Act as a key contact for manufacturing sites regarding product information, launch timelines, packaging updates, and operational requirements.
Maintain activity management systems, ensure compliance with established processes, and drive continuous improvements in ways of working.
Support project managers and category teams by monitoring activities, identifying risks, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring timelines are met.
Perform regular data validation and reconciliation activities to maintain high-quality product information and support business decision-making.
In order tobe successful in the role we believe that you have:
Experience in operations, activity management, master data, or supply chain coordination.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing product and SKU data.
Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data reconciliation, Power BI).
Experience working with SAP master data and product lifecycle processes.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders and functions.
Clear communication skills and confidence working in an international environment.
Fluent in English; Nordic or Baltic language skills are an advantage.

Salary of 1700 – 1800 EUR gross per month.
