For leadership positions, we find it important to learn more about your capabilities, motivations, and qualities. In that case, we’ll invite you to take an assessment. You’ll be informed in advance about what the assessment entails and how it works. You can always view the results yourself afterwards.

With a signed employment contract in hand, there’s one final step to take: the pre-employment screening. TenneT has a societal responsibility to keep the Netherlands 24/7. We must minimize the risks of disruptions as much as possible. Therefore, we require every employee to provide at least a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG). If there are no objections to your appointment, nothing will stand in the way of your start. For certain positions, a VOG is not sufficient, and a more detailed screening will follow.
Once everything is finalized, you’ll start your onboarding at TenneT on the first of the month. Two days with all your new colleagues to discover who TenneT is and how we work. You’ll get to know all the ins & outs. After that, you’ll continue your onboarding within your team. Welcome!
