What does a Senior Data Engineer at Blenddata do?
As a Senior Data Engineer, you lead projects and guide customers such as Rabobank, Damen Shipyards and Nationale-Nederlanden in their transition to data-driven working. You will build complex data streams, supervise less experienced engineers and be the point of contact for technical implementations. You also play an important role in managing customer expectations and identifying project risks.

What are some of the work I will be doing as a Senior Data Engineer at Blenddata?
Developing and managing scalable data flows with technologies such as Azure, Python, Spark, Docker, Kubernetes and Airflow.
Creating modular data platforms that are easy to maintain.
Coaching less experienced colleagues and reviewing their work.
Identifying project risks and advising stakeholders at technical and strategic levels.
Proactively manage customer expectations and build long-term relationships.

You have at least 4 years of working experience in data engineering
You have a completed university degree (WO) in Computer Science, Data Science or another quantitative field.
You have the ambition to take data engineering to the next level. You use best practices and knowledge sharing to make an impact within your team.

How will you be rewarded for this position?
: between €4,200 and €6,000 per month, depending on your experience.
