For a bank I’m recruiting for an Interim Head of Data Management & Analytics with minimum 5 years of people management experience, preferably in data and analytics teams.
Within the Finance, Impact and Data department, the Data Management & Analytics team (20 international colleagues being data engineers, data architects and developers) provides quality information within the bank. The objectives are ensuring governance, data quality, regulatory compliance and a proper Data Control environment. At the same time, the team is working across the organization on actionable insights, with the key objective to enable informed decision making and steering at all levels.
- Experience in Data Management, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Architecture and Data Analytics
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience, preferably in data and analytics teams
- Preferably experience within a bank or the financial services industry
- Self-starting, pro-active and result oriented
The term of the contract is 6 months minimum. The start date is ideally as soon as possible.
