Declaranten.nl is voor een opdrachtgever in regio Rotterdam op zoek naar een die zorg dragen voor een correct verloop van de dagelijkse gang van zaken ten aanzien van de afdeling.Minimale periode van 3 maanden met uitloop naar 6 maanden.Ben jij de ZZP’er declarant die wij zoeken:? Reageer snel!
Functieprofiel: Declarant ZZP - Rotterdam
Je verzorgtonder supervisie van hoofd-declarant of manager douanezaken.
Je verzorgt de correspondentie met Douane en contacten onderhouden met Douaneposten.
Je verzamelt informatie om douanedocumentatie correct op te maken.
Je controleert op de juistheid van de verzamelde gegevens.
Je voert controle op douane technisch indelen van de aan te geven goederen.
Je onderhoudt contacten met alle interne en externe belanghebbenden van de zending.
Je regelt het uitvoeren van bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures.
Je zorgt voor het bijhouden van kennis omtrent veranderingen in douanewetgeving.
Functie-eisen: Declarant ZZP - Rotterdam
Werk- en denkniveau op MBO-
In bezit van vakdiploma declarant (EVO of vergelijkbaar).
Minimaal relevante werkervaring als douane declarant.
In bezit van de vereiste verzekeringen en inschrijving.
Goede contactuele eigenschappen zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
Dienstverlenend ingesteld richting team en klant.
Probleemoplossend, stressbestendig, kunnen werken onder spanning
Bereidheid tot opleiding en bijscholing.
Ervaring met software zoals MS-Office en douanesoftware zoals Fiton en Stratech.
Goede beheersing van Nederlandse- en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
In kleine teams kunnen werken (zijn wel relatief groot als Groep, maar de teams niet).
Woonachtig in de regio Rotterdam.
