Festival Grounds Decoration/Design Team

Vacancy: Festival Grounds Decoration/Design Team
Brabantsedag is a household name in Brabant, the Netherlands, and even beyond. What began as a small event in 1958 now attracts more than 30,000 visitors annually, with the highlight being the towering, rolling theater parade on the last Sunday of August. The valued volunteers of the Brabantsedag Foundation are the ones who make it all happen. They work tirelessly within the working groups, such as Hospitality, Technology, Safety, Marketing & Sponsorship, and many more.
The Festival Grounds Decoration / Design working group is responsible for decorating the various locations of Brabantsedag. This working group designs the various locations and also sets them up.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The Festival Grounds Decoration & Design working group meets once a month in Heeze. In the run-up to Brabantsedag, the frequency is a bit higher. In the week leading up to the last weekend of August, the festival grounds are set up, and you’ll get to put your handy skills to work!
Designing the various festival locations
Enhancing the hospitality for our visitors
Creative and technical ability to execute plans; handy hands
Focusing on sustainability and the reuse of sustainable materials
Being part of a team and collaborating with other teams within the Brabantsedag organization
