For an internationally operating online company owned by a Dutch private equity firm, we are looking for a Finance Manager who reports directly to the Group CFO.
Responsible for the monthly financial and management reports to headquarters;
Financial sparring partner for the Management Team;
Analyzing results, preparing business cases, identifying risks, and adjusting where possible;
Supporting the transition to a newly established Shared Service Center abroad;
Co-responsible for the Year-End Closing and maintaining relationships with the external auditor and tax authorities.
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Economics, Accountancy, or Business Administration;
At least 7 years of relevant experience in financial roles (e.g., reporting, business control);
Experience in commercial organizations, preferably online, trading, or sales-driven companies;
Fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues;
Knowledge of and experience with change processes and improvement projects.
