A global is in the midst of a major IT transformation, delivering multiple complex projects to enhance business performance, streamline operations, and modernize systems. To support this, we’re looking for an experienced to help coordinate delivery across various active workstreams.
Manage and align several interconnected IT projects within a larger transformation program
Support planning, resource alignment, and dependency management
Track progress, flag risks, and help resolve delivery issues
Act as a bridge between project leads, PMO, and senior business stakeholders
Ensure consistent reporting, status updates, and delivery governance
Coordinate internal teams and third-party partners throughout the program lifecycle

8+ years of IT program/project management experience, preferably in FMCG or global enterprise settings
Skilled at managing cross-functional teams and multiple project timelines
Structured, delivery-driven, and able to operate in fast-paced environments
Excellent communicator, confident with senior stakeholder engagement
