Over deze vacature
Elk jaar in januari starten we met de Startersloopgroep. Of je nu nog nooit hebt gelopen of na een tijdje het lopen weer wil oppakken is de startergroep de ideale mogelijkheid. Vanaf 0 in 6 maanden tijd trainen naar 10 kilometer hardlopen.
De begeleiding van de startersloopgroep is in handen van een aantal (assistent)-trainers en loopgroep begeleiders. De trainers plannen het project en bepalen onderling per training het programma. Samen met de begeleiders voeren ze de training uit.
Waar zijn we naar op zoek?
Voor de begeleiding van deze groep zijn wij nog op zoek naar een paar enthousiaste begeleiders. Trainers ervaring is hierbij niet verreist, wel dat je ervaring hebt met het lopen in een groep. Na de eerste paar trainingsweken splitsen we de groep op snelheid, begeleiders gaan mee met de groep waar ze zich prettig bij voelen.
Als begeleider help je de trainers met het geven van de training, deelt je eigen ervaringen en zorgt er voor dat zowel op de baan als op de weg dat dit allemaal veilig gebeurt en ze zich aan de door ons geldende (loop)- regels houdt.
