主な役割 (Mission):Operate the filling and packing machines correctly to produce the defined SKUs and quantity based on the production plan.生産計画に基づき、決められたSKUと予定数量を製造するために充填包装設備を正しく稼働させる業務責任の範囲:■ Safety・5Sを実施し決められた手順書に従い、安全に担当ラインの作業をする■ Quality/Delivery・品質及び食品安全に影響があると思われる場合には、ラインを即座に停止する・チームメンバーの一員として協働して所属部門のラインの稼働率（PE）を最大化する・担当したラインの不具合報告行い、手順書に従い対処する■ Cost/Environment ・決められた手順に従い、 Lossの報告し最小化する■ Motivation・複数ラインを稼働させ、ラインをまたいでチームに貢献する
