For an innovative producer of lubricants, additives and coolants, we are looking for a machine operator. This international company has been developing and producing high-quality products for the automotive, industrial, transport and motorsport sectors for years. From the modern production site in Nijverdal, work is carried out daily on quality, innovation and sustainability. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the production process runs safely, efficiently and according to schedule.
Preparing, setting up and operating mixing plants and packaging lines
Monitoring of the production process and performing quality control
Topping up of soil and auxiliary materials
Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions
Performing first-line maintenance on machinery and equipment
Thinking along about improvements in the production process
Working according to the applicable safety, quality, and environmental regulations
What are we looking for?
Experience in a production environment, preferably as an operator
Technical insight and affinity with machines and installations
Willing to work shifts when production requires it
Accurate in your work and administrative record-keeping
A focus on quality, safety, and process improvement

Salary of €2,802 to €3,351 gross per month excluding shift allowances
12% shift allowance for working a two-shift rota
19% shift allowance for working a three-shift rota
Working day shifts, 2-shift system or 3-shift system depending on demand and production planning
