As a material processing operator, you will work full-time (38–40 hours per week) in a modern production environment. You'll work a fixed rotating schedule with morning and evening shifts, providing clear working hours and sufficient breaks. This position offers excellent opportunities for personal development and career growth. Through internal training programs, you'll gain specialist knowledge and further develop your technical skills. This is a long-term position with the prospect of a permanent contract, depending on your performance.
Your day starts with a short team handover before you begin processing metal and plastic materials into high-quality hose and piping systems used in high-tech equipment. You will perform quality inspections, set up and operate machines, and ensure your workplace remains clean and safe. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with your colleagues to manufacture specialist products while contributing to continuous improvements in the production process.

Wat wij vragen:

• Mbo (vocational) working and thinking level or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a production environment
• Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule
• Living within 20 km of Tilburg
• Technical aptitude is an advantage
