Salary from €3,500 to €4,800 (including 30% shift allowance)

As a Process Operator Mechatronics, you keep our fully automated production line running at its best. You’ll set up machines, resolve malfunctions, and contribute ideas for process improvements. Working daily with cutting-edge technology and robots is part of your routine! Your day involves monitoring production lines, acting on deviations, and collaborating with the technical team. Technical vocational (MBO) diploma, level 3 or 4
At least 1 year of experience as an operator
Willingness to work in a 5-shift schedule
Fluent in Dutch or English
Strong technical insight and interest in automation
Accurate, solution-oriented, and responsible work attitude
Able to work well in a team and read technical drawings
