Product Development Engineer (PDE) is the owner to handle more project opportunity and develop the new product to grow IAE BCS business, especial for IAE critical application: Automation control/BESS/Robotic/Motion Driver
Working as the product development engineer to handle the new product development for customer new product requirement and IAE front end general market requirement

Working with project team to make sure new product can be launched on time in the market.

Study and discuss with front end team and customer on the future solution trend and handle the LEAP project to acquire the knowledge on the future product and technology trend, upgrade the technical roadmap.

Extend existing product lines to meet customer’s requirements.

• Other work assigned by management.

• New product extension needs to be completed on schedule.

• Complete annual cost reduction target.

• Daily activities need to be completed timely.

Key Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree at mechanical related.

• At least 6 years’ experience for product development / sustaining.

• Strong multi-tasks management capability for planning and execution.

• Independent product design capability for connectors.

• Good ability for trouble shooting, data analysis, product improvement.

• Be familiar with connector manufacturing process.

• Experience to work with factory.
