Then this is your opportunity to join us as a Production Operator in a modern snack factory, where you’ll help produce products you’ll later find on supermarket shelves!
As a Production Operator, you’ll set up and operate modern machinery while monitoring product quality and the production process. You’ll make sure the right raw materials are available on time, keep accurate production records, and resolve minor technical issues yourself or involve the right colleagues when needed.
You’ll work in a close-knit team on a 2-shift schedule, alternating weekly between 05:00–14:00 and 14:00–23:00. During your 6-week onboarding period, an experienced mentor will guide you through the role, helping you become confident and fully independent.
You’ll start with a gross monthly salary of €3,246.21 and have the opportunity to grow to €3,627.92 gross per month, based on 37.5 hours per week and including shift allowances. You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills through training and education.

You have at least mbo (secondary vocational) working and thinking level
You are motivated to learn and grow
Experience as an operator is an advantage, but not required
You speak good Dutch or English
