You are part of our strategic program ABO and you will have 3 primary roles:
You manage upfront data optimization before migration to the new system takes place
You support our onboarding and service desk-agents with management of customer requests and incoherences related to the ABO migration-program
You maintain and use queries from a data warehouse and standardize best practices to support customer requests, internal processes and management.
You help to (re)design processes to deliver Qualitative Customer Services in close collaboration with all Worldline stakeholders.
Document and implement these processes within the onboarding teams and service desks
Participate in meetings that are relevant to your scope.
