## Project Manager & Officer ICLAAP

For a bank I’m recruiting for an interim Project Manager/Officer for the delivery of the ILAAP & ICAAP.
The bank has to deliver an high quality ICAAP / ILAAP to DNB by end of March 2023. The workstreams of the project are underway but entering in the hot phase in the beginning of January. In that respect the Financial Risk team is looking for a Project Manager/Officer who will be responsible for:
- setting a project plan for delivery of the ICLAAP report, including milestones, processes, timelines, relevant stakeholders, required data, etc
- project management in terms of coordination, managing timelines and (operational) support
- stakeholder management and deal with internal (data) contributors, such as Risk, Finance, Credit, Private Equity and Treasury
The candidate is successful when he/she is oversees deliverable deadlines, ensures they are followed-up and escalates timely. Ability to advise on ILAAP/ICAAP topics is appreciated but not strictly necessary. The assignment is 70% operational vs. 30% managerial.
Required and/or preferred knowledge and experience:
- knowledge of banking regulations / supervised (CRR / ECB guidances)
- understanding of ICAAP/ILAAP is preferred
Furthermore, the candidate needs to be efficient, precise and have strong communication capabilities.
Start ideally on the 9th of January 2023 (ultimately 16th of January) and until 31st March 2023. Based on 32 – 40 hours per week. Remote working is +/- 40% of the time. Physical presence at the office is advised 2 days/week, but strictly required at least 1 day/week.
