Quality Control Engineer (fluent in Dutch and English)

KMWE Precision in Eindhoven is growing, and we are looking for a new colleague to join our Quality department. As a Quality Control Engineer, you are responsible for all quality‑related aspects and you handle quality‑related questions within the operational team. You perform product inspections and contribute to resolving production issues and qualifying (new) products. You will become part of the Quality team and report to the Quality Manager.
Analyze and assess product deviations
Communicate internally and/or with suppliers about product deviations, ensure proper documentation, and follow up on actions
Ensure execution of the product’s Control Plan, including checks, registration, and monitoring
Provide input on supplier performance and support improvement initiatives
Support and/or initiate actions aimed at improving overall performance
Experience in a relevant precision mechanical/mechatronic environment is a plus
Strong command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
A proactive attitude supported by persuasiveness, analytical thinking, customer focus, and strong communication skills
