NextGen DigiTech V.O.F. is a private research based company in the Hague, Netherlands consisting of a team of researchers and experts with a sound scientific background in disciplines comprising the branch of systems engineering, data analysis and software development. The company is formed with the purpose to automate the design process of structural components and with the goal to reduce the time for designing, analyzing and to reduce the use of steel and cast material by optimizing the design.
Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
Document and maintain software functionality
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
Comply with project plans and industry standards
Ensure software is updated with the latest features
Build strong ecosystem for developer products by blogging, writing technical articles, making presentations at developer conferences and working with local and international developer communities.
Train Python Programming to others if required Manage small/medium technical team
Present efficiently to the local and international customers
Python programming (minimum 4 years)
GUI development experience using Python (minimum 2 years)
Gradient based Optimization (minimum 2 years)
Data analysis & data visualisation
Leadership skills & team work (minimum 3 years)
1 Year fixed term contract after successful completion of the probation period.
A permanent position will be offered after the fixed term contract on the individual’s performance and growth within the company
Salary is based on experience, skills & interview
Yearly 2 festival bonuses in the fixed term contract & permanent position
KPI based extra bonus earnings
Company work related traveling allowance
Full time (40 hours per week) or Part time (Minimum 25 hours per week)
