Our client is expanding their Platform Engineering team and is looking for three talented engineers to strengthen their platform foundation. This team enables developers to deliver software faster, more securely, and more reliably through automation, scalable cloud architecture, and modern tooling.
🔧 What you’ll do
Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure with automation and security best practices.
Build self-service tools and reusable Infrastructure-as-Code components for the internal developer platform.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
Implement observability solutions and monitor platform performance.
Collaborate with developers, tech leads, and business stakeholders to guide architecture and platform strategy.
Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and methods to keep the platform efficient and future-proof.
🧠 3 Specialization areas
Depending on your expertise, you will focus on one or more of these areas:
- Security & Identity Management
Develop and maintain secure identity and access management solutions, including single sign-on platforms.
Implement secrets management, least-privilege access, and automated security workflows.
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as NIST or ISO27001.
- AI / Python Support
Enable AI workloads on the platform, including agentic systems, knowledge bases, and LLM integrations (no LLM development required).
Work with Python and modern frameworks to integrate AI capabilities into developer workflows.
- Cloud Cost Optimization (FinOps)
Implement strategies to monitor and optimize cloud costs.
Build dashboards and use automation to improve cost efficiency across teams.
Explore innovative ways to encourage cost-conscious development.
🔧 What we expect from you
Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform/Terragrunt, GitLab, and ArgoCD.
Strong programming/scripting skills and an automation-first mindset.
Solid understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and cloud operations.
Broad knowledge of networking, security, and cloud architecture.
Curious, collaborative, and driven to continuously improve processes and systems.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with Crossplane, secrets management, testing frameworks, or Linux administration.
