Deze organisatie ontwikkelt en beheert software waarmee financiële instellingen sneller en flexibeler kunnen opereren in een snel veranderende markt.
Het platform verbindt moderne technologie met een gevestigd systeem, waardoor functionaliteit stap voor stap gemoderniseerd wordt zonder de bedrijfsprocessen van klanten te verstoren. Als Test Lead speel jij een sleutelrol in het waarborgen van kwaliteit binnen deze hybride architectuur. Je krijgt alle ruimte om AI-gedreven testtools en slimme automatiseringstechnieken te introduceren binnen de organisatie.
Je maakt deel uit van een hecht ontwikkelteam dat werkt volgens Scrum/Agile-principes, met korte lijnen tussen developers, product owners en QA. Als Test Lead ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor teststrategie en kwaliteitsborging. Je werkt nauw samen met andere testers en engineers om de teststandaarden binnen de organisatie naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
Er is veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng: jij bepaalt mede welke tools, frameworks en werkwijzen het team gebruikt. Daarnaast wordt je gestimuleerd om te experimenteren met nieuwe technieken, waaronder de inzet van AI binnen test- en kwaliteitsprocessen.
Als Test Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, uitbouwen en bewaken van de teststrategie binnen een complexe, hybride systeemomgeving. Je vertaalt kwaliteitsdoelen naar concrete testplannen en automatiseringsoplossingen, en je coacht collega-testers in het toepassen van moderne testmethodieken.
Ook werk je aan zowel functionele als technische kwaliteitsborging en je hebt een scherp oog voor risico’s binnen de volledige keten van API-integraties tot end-to-end processen. Je bent nieuwsgierig naar de nieuwste ontwikkelingen op het gebied van . Deze technieken technieken durf je ook daadwerkelijk te implementeren binnen bestaande CI/CD-pipelines.
Je hebt ruime ervaring als QA Lead, Test Lead of Senior Software Tester
Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met testautomatisering en het opzetten van teststrategieën
Je bent bekend met moderne test- en automatiseringstools en hebt affiniteit met AI-toepassingen binnen QA
Je beschikt over HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau
Je hebt ervaring met Agile/Scrum-werkwijzen
Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend
Je bent een natuurlijke leider die collega’s meeneemt in nieuwe inzichten en werkwijzen

Salarisrange: bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur
