Senior System Administrator

Manage and build infrastructure that customers can rely on.
As Senior System Administrator you're responsible for managing and developing our client infrastructures and our own platform. You work with modern technology, solve complex problems, and help juniors grow. This isn't a ticket factory. You get ownership of your environment.
You manage Linux and Windows server environments and design cloud infrastructure, from private to hybrid. Automation is second nature: Ansible, Terraform, scripts. You monitor, troubleshoot and optimize performance. Security and compliance (ISO 27001, NEN 7510) you handle thoroughly. You contribute to architecture discussions and help junior colleagues grow.
At least 5 years experience as system administrator or Linux engineer. Strong knowledge of Linux (Debian/Ubuntu, RHEL/CentOS) and virtualization (VMware, KVM, Proxmox). Containerization and cloud platforms are a plus but not required. You know your way around automation tools, networking and security. More importantly: you're proactive and eager to keep learning.
