The Test Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of products during production. This position involves conducting inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting production processes to maintain high-quality standards. The Test Engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, improve testing processes, and enhance overall production efficiency.
Execute Visual Inspection / Function Test / Flash firmware for MB/Add-On-Card/Riser Cards /Memory/Back panel
Fault isolate and identify root causes for failed MB/Add-On-Card/Riser Cards/Memory/ Back panel
Develop scripts or batch file for testing
Perform stress tests or other similar tests of production products
Support system test and debug
Support works on the production line
Willing to do assigned tasks as required by the company
Support testing supervisor and technicians
Reporting status of testing area
Testing capacity and equipment availability
Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
Proven experience (3+ years) in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the electronics or high-tech industry.
Knowledge and experience of server systems is plus.
Strong knowledge of computer architecture. Knowledge of DOS, Window and Linux is a plus
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or similar continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.). Experience with analytical tools/software such as Minitab, Power BI, or other statistical analysis programs is a plus.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities to identify and address production issues quickly and effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with production operators, technicians, and cross functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with a proactive approach.
