Heb jij passie voor het overbrengen van kennis, het motiveren van groepen én het bijdragen aan de professionele ontwikkeling van anderen? Dan is dit jouw kans! We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste trainer voor een vaste aanstelling. In deze rol geef jij praktijkgerichte en theoretische algemene trainingen. Beschik je daarnaast over ervaring met klimtrainingen? Dan is dat een grote pré!
Het verzorgen van interactieve en praktijkgerichte trainingen .
Coachen en begeleiden van deelnemers in hun leerproces.
Samenwerken met collega-trainers en meedenken over maatwerktrajecten.
Eventueel verzorgen van specialistische klimtrainingen, indien je daarvoor bent gecertificeerd.

Je hebt ervaring als trainer of docent en voelt je comfortabel voor een groep.
Je bent didactisch sterk en weet theorie te vertalen naar de praktijk.
Ervaring met klimtrainingen (zoals werken op hoogte) is een pré, geen must.
Je hebt minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau en bij voorkeur een trainerscertificaat.
Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en reist graag naar diverse trainingslocaties.
