We offer a good salary with great extras and staff discounts.
Including vacation pay and vacation hours. Excluding tips.
In addition to your hourly wage, you will receive tips. Tips are divided among the waitstaff, runners, and bar staff.
When you come outside of work hours, you get a 50% discount on your personal spending on food and drinks.
Food & drink during work
During work hours, lunch or dinner will be provided for you. This is free, as well as the drinks you consume during your shift.
Besides the fun closing drinks at the end of your shift with colleagues, we also organize three staff outings. At the start of the season, we have a paddle tournament, a BBQ festival in the summer, and an Oktoberfest at the end of the season.
Bonus for bringing a new colleague / friend
You will receive a 100.- bonus if you bring in a new colleague.
