# Vacancy Welder (two shifts) – Metal production, Scheemda
Are you an experienced welder and looking to work in a technically challenging role with responsibility and opportunities for advancement?
For a modern production company in Scheemda we are looking for a skilled tradesman who thrives on technology and enjoys working with metal constructions and production machinery.
In this role you will ensure that production processes run smoothly. Thanks to your experience and craftsmanship you will produce high-quality welds and make a meaningful contribution to the production process.
You will join a professional and down-to-earth team where quality, collaboration, and craftsmanship are central.
## What are you going to do?
- Welding of parts and structures according to drawings and specifications
- Identifying and solving initial technical problems
- Performing quality inspections on welded work
- Contributing ideas for improvements in the production process
- Collaborating with colleagues within production
## Who are we looking for?
- Someone who is technically inclined
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- Good command of Dutch or English
