Working Student Product Compliance & Sustainability (PPWR & EUDR)
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Working Student Product Compliance & Sustainability to support our preparations for upcoming European regulations, including the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).
This role is ideal for a student who enjoys working with data, coordinating with suppliers, and bringing structure to complex information. You will play an important role in gathering, organizing, and maintaining product and packaging-related data, helping us build a solid compliance foundation for the future.
Collect and organize product, packaging, and supplier information.
Build and maintain compliance databases and documentation systems.
Contact suppliers to request technical specifications and supporting documentation.
Monitor data quality and follow up on missing information.
Support PPWR and EUDR compliance projects.
Assist in preparing internal reports and management updates.
Help improve processes related to product compliance and sustainability data management.
Collaborate with Product Management, Procurement, Quality, and Sustainability teams.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Technical Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Comfortable working with large amounts of data.
Detail-oriented and structured in your way of working.
Proactive and not afraid to contact suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with Exact and Incorta is a plus.
Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus
Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
Hands-on experience with major European sustainability and compliance initiatives.
