Client Lead (Dutch Speaking)

As a Client Lead(Dutch Speaking) at GoSpooky you are responsible for keeping our clients at the forefront of social. You act as the all-round business partner for our clients and you are a natural when it comes to building a trusted relationship. You will dive into what our clients need, what motivates them and really get to know them to be able to identify different social media needs and think along with solutions. You will be accountable for briefings as well as reporting and evaluating, plus overseeing the daily business of our clients. You are commercially minded but act with integrity, keeping mutual interests in mind.
Have 2-5 years relevant working experience as a Client Lead, Account Manager or similar
Have solid knowledge of the digital marketing industry and social media in particular – agency experience is a big plus
Have commercial acumen and adept negotiation skills
Maintain a professional demeanor while fostering trust and rapport with clients
Are an excellent communicator, both internally and externally
Have the ability to see the bigger picture and drive operational excellence
Are fluent in English and Dutch.
