Je komt terecht bij een innovatieve Nederlandse technologie organisatie die een digitaal platform ontwikkelt dat dagelijks door een grote groep gebruikers wordt ingezet. Data vormt de kern van de dienstverlening: grote hoeveelheden locatie-, gebruikers- en operationele data worden verwerkt om realtime inzichten te creëren en de gebruikerservaring continu te verbeteren.
Je maakt onderdeel uit van een multidisciplinair productteam waarin data engineering nauw samenwerkt met backend developers, mobile developers en productspecialisten. De lijnen zijn kort, beslissingen worden snel genomen en er wordt gewerkt volgens moderne development principes met veel aandacht voor kwaliteit, schaalbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid.
Je werkt aan een modern cloud-based dataplatform en krijgt veel ruimte om mee te denken over architectuur, schaalbaarheid en technische keuzes. Daarnaast staat de organisatie aan de vooravond van een grootschalig integratie- en migratietraject, waarbij meerdere dataomgevingen worden samengebracht tot één toekomstbestendig platform. Hierdoor krijg je de kans om een belangrijke rol te spelen in een technisch uitdagend project met veel impact op de toekomst van de organisatie.
Je werkt nauw samen met software engineers en productteams en krijgt, door de groei van de organisatie, volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen richting een Lead- of Architect-rol.
Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Data Engineer.
Sterke ervaring met Python en SQL.
Ervaring met data modelling en het bouwen van schaalbare data pipelines.
Ervaring met tools zoals dbt, Airflow of vergelijkbare oplossingen.
Ervaring met containerisatie (Docker/Kubernetes) en CI/CD.
Ervaring met cloud- en data platformen; kennis van ClickHouse, Terraform, Kafka of PostGIS is een pré.
HBO- of WO-werk- en denkniveau.
Salaris tussen €72.000 en €88.000 per jaar.
Flexibele hybride werkomgeving (structureel volledig remote is niet mogelijk).
