• Industrial Chemicals encompasses our salt-chlorine value chain, which supplies end markets ranging from lightweight metals and plastics to pharmaceuticals.

Our Cyber Security Program aims to successfully manage Nouryon’s cyber security risk to prevent value erosion and contribute to value enhancement. Projects in this program contribute to effectively and efficiently protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our business-critical assets. Additionally, IM is running several infrastructure and workplace related projects to fortify our IT.

Functie eisen

• 5-10 years of experience working as an end-responsible Project Manager within IT and OT project delivery environments, of which 3-5 years in Cyber Security related IT and OT projects, preferably international. Experience in the chemicals business is considered a bonus.

• Proven experience with Cyber Security concepts and issues and good understanding of security methodology, e.g. NIST CSF.

• Have knowledge of and experience with project management methodologies such as PMBoK (PMI), as well as Agile ways-of-working. Experience with ServiceNow and SAP is an advantage.

• Are a well-organized, positive, and driven motivator of teams, as well as attentive to financial, administrative, and procedural aspects of your projects.

• Have demonstrated international leadership qualities, politically and culturally sensitive, with highly developed communication and influencing skills, and an inclusive approach to building partnerships, comfortable with interactions at all levels of management. Proven experience working with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external IT suppliers.

• Possess excellent English speaking, reading and writing skills.

• Have willingness to work outside regular office hours. Due to the international nature of the projects you frequently need to be in touch with stakeholders in other time zones. Travel could be expected.
