Office assistant internship

At DTT we are looking for an Office Assistant intern. Are you the helpful, organized, 'getting things done' type of office assistant? Read the vacancy!
Support the management team and directors with administrative tasks such as agenda management, correspondence, and administration.
Answer phone calls, maintain professional relationships with suppliers, and welcome clients.
Organize team outings and guide colleagues on their first day.
Take on significant responsibility and actively contribute to improving internal processes.

What are we looking for?
You are currently enrolled in a higher or intermediate vocational education course with a focus on Secretary, Facility Management, or Office Management
You are (customer) friendly and representative both face-to-face and over the phone
You have an enthusiastic, approachable, and friendly attitude
You have integrity and you work accurately
You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language in speech and writing
You can work efficiently with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
