As a self-employed chef 1, you'll work at Kohinoor of India in Arnhem.
You'll prepare dishes using fresh ingredients, performing prep tasks such as washing, chopping, and mixing.
As a self-employed chef, you'll oversee daily operations and progress in the kitchen.
You'll be responsible for inventory and order management, and you'll be mindful of HACCP compliance.

You must be able to maintain an overview during busy hours and periods. You are stress-resistant.
You have demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
