Sub Project Lead (Licensing)

Tasks and responsibilities will include:

• To assure alignment on the project management process and the process of license follow up ensuring a flawless project process balancing timely project completion and in time license compliance,

• To align with and get all (technical) necessary information from project team and TenneT internally

• To generate and work out alternatives to meet both project requirements and license obligations

• Manage both local authorities and the Ministry of EZK and other authorities e.g. RWS and stakeholders, in association with stakeholder manager;

• (Contribute to) Tender and manage the drafting Environmental Impact assessment and apply for all necessary permits and consents.

• Assist the Ministry of EZK with the pre-initiation decision and spatial plan regarding spatial planning and preferred routing

• Closely align with stakeholder management and other disciplines within the project.

Functie eisen

• Minimum Master Degree in Environmental Engineering or comparable discipline with relevant experience,

• Knowledge of Dutch spatial planning and permit procedures

• Able to asses and understand Environmental Impact and Applicable assessments

• Able to reason with stakeholders independently up to the level of the project management of Ministries of EZK, RWS and other relevant authorities

• Able to write spatial planning applications

• Relevant technical knowledge, offshore experience and knowledge of Dutch legislation advantageous,

• Experienced user MS Office applications,

• Business-fluent in spoken and written English, articulate in verbal and written communication

• High level of assertiveness, initiative and independence

• Interpersonal skills and capacity for teamwork, creativity
