We are currently looking for a to join the team in and work on advanced satellite systems.
You will join a team whose work spans mission integration, Earth Observation, secure communications, and space systems engineering. As a Senior Flight Software Engineer you will design, develop and verify the on-board software that routes and processes data on satellites.
You will help with the design, development and verification of satellite on-board software for data routing and processing. Since you're working on flight software, will be tight hardware constraints. Due to the nature of the job, the work has to be fully reliable, since it cannot be fixed once in orbit. You will work at the interface between software, systems, and hardware, and you own the code from architecture through integration and test; your design decisions will have an impact on the final product.

You have at least 10 years of experience in embedded/low level software development.

You have experience with , or comparable vehicle software requiring a high level of reliability.

You have an educational background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems or another relevant field.
You are proficient in and have experience with

You have experience with test-driven development, CI/CD workflows, and Git.
You have a fluent command of the English language.
You are able to come on-site to the office in Delft. The possibility to work from home is limited.
