Je komt te werken bij een grote, professionele IT-organisatie die digitale diensten ontwikkelt, beheert en beveiligt voor een publieke opdrachtgever. De organisatie opereert binnen strikte wet- en regelgeving en werkt volgens Agile- en DevOps-principes. Er wordt gebruikgemaakt van moderne, schaalbare technologieën binnen een beveiligde infrastructuur.
Je maakt onderdeel uit van een multidisciplinair Agile-team dat werkt aan bedrijfskritische platformdiensten binnen een sterk beveiligde IT-omgeving. Samen met engineers, Product Owners, Agile Coaches en andere Scrum Masters werk je aan innovatieve oplossingen op het gebied van cloud, containers, Identity & Access Management en automatisering. De teams werken volgens Scrum binnen het SAFe-framework en leveren 24/7 betrouwbare dienstverlening.
Als Scrum Master begeleid je meerdere Agile Scrum-teams en help je hen continu te verbeteren. Je coacht teams in zelforganisatie, Agile werken en samenwerking, verwijdert impediments en bewaakt de Agile mindset binnen de organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met Product Owners, Agile Coaches en andere Scrum Masters en speelt een actieve rol in de verdere Agile transformatie. Daarnaast ondersteun je PI-events, stimuleer je kennisdeling en draag je bij aan de doorontwikkeling van moderne platformdiensten binnen een SAFe-omgeving.
Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in ICT of Informatica.
Uitgebreide kennis van SAFe (5.1 of hoger).
Ervaring met het coachen van Agile Scrum-teams en het versterken van teamdynamiek.
Ervaring met PI-planning en het verbeteren van de voorspelbaarheid van Scrum-teams.
Sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden.
Ervaring binnen een complexe IT-omgeving met hoge beveiligingseisen.

Een salaris tot €7100 o.b.v. 36 uur
Een fulltime werkweek van 36 uur, met de mogelijkheid om extra uren te werken en zo extra verlof op te bouwen.
Een Individueel Keuzebudget (IKB) van van je salaris, vrij te besteden aan extra verlof of uitbetaling wanneer jij wilt
Hybride werken: ongeveer 50% van je tijd thuis
