Production Worker (m/f)

Our client in Enschede is a leading designer and manufacturer of wind turbines and operates globally with operations in Europe, North America and Asia. Over 600 turbines have now been installed. Since 2018, they have been producing the rotor blades (“vanes”) for their wind turbines at their factory in Enschede, making them the only rotor blade production site in the Netherlands - something to be proud of!
Due to a substantial scale-up of production, we are looking for motivated Production Workers (m/f) to join the team.
As a production worker, you will contribute to the manufacture of rotor blades. Your duties are varied and include:
Placing fibreglass mats and foam in a mould;
Perform vacuum infusion process with epoxy resin;
Bonding of two blade halves;
Finishing and coating of rotor blades;
Ensuring a neat and safe workplace.

The process is largely manual and physical, with you working mostly standing.
