Met meer dan 100 medewerkers werken zij vanuit een moderne locatie in Enschede. Ze ontwikkelen innovatieve software die het werk van duizenden professionals makkelijker maakt en bedrijfsprocessen efficiënter laat verlopen. Hun software ondersteunt ruim 240 overheidsorganisaties in Nederland en België, waaronder grote steden en gemeenten, maar ook grote vervoersbedrijven. Ook lokale overheden in de regio behoren tot hun klantenkring.
Er zijn verschillende afdelingen, zoals het Law Enforcement-team, dat software ontwikkelt voor gemeentes, bijvoorbeeld parkeerapps en boetesystemen. Het Field Service-team maakt programma’s voor bedrijven die monteurs inzetten voor reparaties. In het Public Transport-team werk je aan oplossingen voor het openbaar vervoer, zoals kaartsystemen en planningen.
Teams werken veel samen, waardoor je met collega’s van verschillende afdelingen in contact komt. De sfeer is open en gericht op samenwerking, en er is veel ruimte om nieuwe dingen te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen in een innovatieve omgeving.
Als Productmanager bepaal je de koers van een toonaangevend softwareportfolio en vertaal je markt- en klantbehoeften naar een scherpe productvisie. Je inspireert en begeleidt het productteam, terwijl je structuur en richting brengt. Dagelijks werk je aan het versterken van hun SaaS-producten, waarbij je succesvol nieuwe functionaliteiten lanceert.
Daarnaast experimenteer je met MVP’s, verzamel je klantfeedback en zorg je dat de oplossingen naadloos blijven aansluiten op de praktijk van de publieke sector. Ook draag je als MT-lid (direct onder de CTO) bij aan strategische keuzes en bewaak je jaarplannen en budgetten. Zo zorg jij ervoor dat producten blijven groeien, schaalbaar zijn en het marktleiderschap van deze organisatie verder wordt uitgebouwd!
