Our client is a Dutch international company based in Hoofddorp with worldwide offices. This growing organization is searching for a new French Speaking Logistic Coordinator. You will be working in a young international team, with colleagues who often have been travelling or living in several destinations in the world. Your job is coordinating the logistic part of moving for our clients. You will be working in our client’s office in Hoofddorp. As a French speaking Logistic Coordinator you will be responsible for:
Planning international transports with a focus on French speaking countries
Provide adequate service for our clients and stay in direct contact with them
Ensure efficient and budget handling of shipments
Check orders, containers and shipments
Arranging transport - air freight, ocean freight and road freight
Communicate and create a planning for movers to pack the household
Responsible for situations and problems with delivery or damaged goods during the shipping process
Inform your colleagues about the schedules and planning
Keeping the logistic database up to date

• 2 years of logistic administration experience or equivalent background required - Native speaker English or Dutch - Good knowledge of the French language and culture - You have been living in France - You are living in the Netherlands - Excellent verbal skills - Any other language is a pre - A positive, roll-up-your-sleeves-and-help attitude - Service minded - Good sense of humor - Precise and an eye for details - Topographic - Ability to communicate and inform your colleagues in a positive way Salary is between 2100-2300 euro per month based on 40 hours a week. Living between Amsterdam and The Hague and fulltime available

2 years of logistic administration experience or equivalent background required

Salary is between 2100-2300 euro per month based on 40 hours a week. Living between Amsterdam and The Hague and fulltime available
