Do you want to work as an operator in a modern food factory with a good salary and opportunities for advancement? In this role, you will be responsible for the production process and ensure quality, continuity, and a well-functioning production line.
You will be working for a large and stable producer in the food industry, with hundreds of employees. In this factory, no chickens are slaughtered; the company processes supplied products into high-quality end products for the food industry.
The organization is known for its modern machines, structured approach, and strong focus on quality and food safety. You will be entering a professional and international work environment where collaboration and responsibility are central.
What makes this employer attractive is the focus on long-term cooperation. With good performance, there is the possibility to be directly employed by the client after 12 months.
As an operator, you are responsible for a stable and efficient production process. You set up machines, monitor progress, and intervene when necessary. You ensure that production continues and that the quality of the product is always up to standard.
You perform quality checks, prevent waste, and actively contribute to process improvements. You resolve minor malfunctions yourself, while for larger technical problems, you involve the technical service. Additionally, you collaborate with colleagues and provide support where needed on the shop floor.
You are frequently on the move and have a responsible role within the production line. Depending on the department, you work either in day shifts or in shift work (without night shifts).

Starting salary of €18,18 gross per hour
Extra ADV allowance of 5,77% on the first 40 hours
Shift allowance: 112,5% (if applicable)
8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)

24 vacation days per year (based on full-time)
Pension accrual: 23,4% of the pension basis
Minimum 40 hours per week, possibility of overtime (up to 50 hours)
Travel allowance (€0,18/km, max. €9 per day)

Housing with private bedroom possible

For this position, we are looking for someone with technical insight and a sense of responsibility. You work accurately and understand the importance of quality and food safety.
You have experience as an operator or in production (preferably food)
