Electro Mechanic Assembly

You will ensure that our client's electrical systems function perfectly: from assembly to troubleshooting. As an Electro Mechanic Assembly, you are responsible for assembling, wiring and testing the electrical components of their products. You work on the basis of electrical diagrams and drawings, perform analyses in case of faults and actively think about process improvements.
Your duties and responsibilities are:
A completed MBO level 3 or 4 education in electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar;
Experience in electrical assembly or cabling, preferably in a manufacturing environment;
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics;
Accuracy, a sense of responsibility and an eye for quality;
A proactive, solution-oriented working attitude;
Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with other disciplines;
You will join our client in Oss: an innovative, technically advanced organisation with around 355 employees. They design and build their own product. Everything is done in-house: from engineering to assembly, and from sales to maintenance. Think high-tech environment with electric motors, hydraulics, lithium-ion batteries, high voltage and John Deere diesel technology.
You will work within the Production Assembly department, the beating heart of production in Oss. The department consists of various teams: from Pre-assembly and Trucks to Electrical and Paint Shop. They work intensively together to deliver each product on time and perfectly.
You will report to the Production Supervisor Assembly and work closely with fellow assemblers, engineers and team leads.
Minimum MBO level 3 working and thinking level in a technical field;
Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive or mechanical engineering;
You have knowledge of electrical and/or hydraulics;
You show natural leadership and know how to take people with you in change;
You monitor quality, safety, costs and planning with conviction;
You will fit within a robust, technical culture and stand firmly in your shoes;
You can communicate with colleagues of all levels, from mechanics to sales.
