Cboost, an ambitious engineering firm focused on sustainable Robotics and AI solutions, is seeking a Business Development Intern to join our thriving team. We are a young company dedicated to addressing sustainability challenges through automation. Now, we’re looking for a passionate and proactive individual to contribute to our sales expansion efforts.
Your primary responsibility will be to support our business development initiatives. Here’s a glimpse of what this entails:
Research, source, and identify potential business opportunities/ leads to explore and contact
Engage in outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and various digital channels
Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients, establishing vital connections
Showcase our offerings to potential customers and identify relevant use cases
Assist in drafting business proposals, creating marketing content, and refining pitch decks
Enjoy the freedom to implement strategies aligned with our objectives
Receive direct guidance from the business development department, including the CEO, COO, and business development manager
Contribute insights by identifying relevant use cases based on market research and technology knowledge
Learning more about CRMs, key features, and helping keep the system updated

Studying at an (applied sciences) university: Any business- or economics-related programs.
A creative, inquisitive and eager self-starter with a growth mentality
Motivated, and outgoing individual, ready to take on new challenges.
Great affinity with high-tech solutions, preferably robotics and / or AI
You think making the world is a better place should be mandatory for all businesses
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English (Dutch is a plus)
You will be involved in a lot of what is happening in the company, so trust, confidentiality and discretion are required
Enjoy working and helping in an informal start-up environment

flexible in how we work. During your internship, you are expected to spend about half your time at one of Cboost’s offices in Delft or Eindhoven. The rest is up to you: in an office, a flex location or from home.
