We're seeking a to help customers and vendor partners maximize business outcomes through strategic account growth, partner enablement, pipeline development, and customer acquisition initiatives. This role combines relationship management, business development, and technology solution expertise to drive adoption, uncover new opportunities, and deliver measurable results.
As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with customers, sales teams, and vendor partners to identify needs, recommend solutions, and support long-term business growth. Drawing on platform insights and data, you'll help customers expand their capabilities, optimize performance, and achieve their business goals.
Business Development & Customer Growth
Drive customer acquisition, pipeline generation, upgrades, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities.
Identify growth opportunities using business insights, data, and customer engagement strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Support customer success by aligning solutions to business objectives.
Develop expertise across assigned technology solutions, products, and services.
Deliver training, presentations, and enablement programs that increase customer adoption and value realization.
Create and maintain sales and marketing resources that support business development efforts.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
Partner with sales teams to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support pre-sales activities, including presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development.
Collaborate with vendor partners to support strategic initiatives, promotions, and growth objectives.
Leverage vendor relationships to help customers maximize business outcomes.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, customer success, or a related customer-facing role.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify customer needs and develop solution-based recommendations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and results orientation.
Proficiency with CRM systems, business applications, and Microsoft Office tools.
Experience within the technology, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or IT solutions industry.
Experience supporting channel partners, resellers, vendors, or indirect sales organizations.
Knowledge of customer enablement, pipeline management, and solution selling methodologies.
Experience delivering customer presentations, training programs, or product demonstrations.
Familiarity with data-driven sales strategies and business intelligence tools.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $49,500.00 - $79,200.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance. U.S.-based employees have access to healthcare benefits, paid time off, parental leave, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others.
