SaaS solutions professionals are responsible for designing, configuring, deploying and maintaining SaaS and packaged-based solutionsthat meet the unique business needs of our clients. This involves leveraging pre-packaged applications as well as extending and integrating applications with our client’s enterprise IT landscape.Capgemini works with most SaaS solutions partners but SAP and Oracle are the largestin terms of consultants and revenue. Some other SaaS solutions include Salesforce, Workday or Microsoft Dynamics.

Within SaaS solutions, you will…
You’ll offer strategic guidance and configure systems to align with client needs, analyze client requirements to ensure solutions that meet their business objectives, and leverage technology to solve specific challenges across various industries.
You’ll handle the technical setup and customization of software solutions, writing code, integrating systems, and troubleshooting technical issues. You’ll also facilitate system integration using new technologies.
Deploy system management and enhancement
You’ll run, enhance and improve existing systems to ensure optimal performance and meet evolving client needs. You’ll also monitor and maintain systems to ensure reliability and efficiency, optimize cloud consumption, and ensure secure access to applications.
