Senior Customer Service Representative – Derry
The Senior Customer Service Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for managing external customer relationships. Also liaising between customers, internal departments and the Sales Managers to ensure efficient co-ordination of the customer order to fulfilment processes using the SAP system. Lead engagement at European level with customers on electronic trading portals e.g. SAP Ariba. This role also consists of management back up for the Customer Service Manager.
Managing all aspects of order entry, order processing and order shipment
Communicating with customers regarding issues such as order status, order changes and confirmations, as well as any complaints or questions in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintaining customer records to include weekly reporting on order status
Preparation of reports for internal / external sales meetings and customer visits
Back up for CS Manager
Preparation of data for the Weekly Sales Outlook when CS Mgr not available.
Weekly OTIF reporting & distribution
Attendance of weekly Ops meetings to review OTIF ratings for Derry
Working with customers on Portal Requests & subsequent deployment.

GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent), degree preferred
2 years’ demonstrable Customer Services experience within a manufacturing environment
Experience working within a global Company
Previous experience with ERP Systems
