Are you an experienced CE driver who enjoys working at night and prefers to work out rather than sit still? Our client is looking for a driven driver to supply supermarket branches with fresh bread. You drive fixed routes, work together with logistics colleagues and deliver to satisfied customers throughout the Netherlands.
Do you enjoy working nights and do you enjoy the challenge of providing customers with fresh bread every day? Then you are the one we are looking for! As a driver for our client, you will mainly be distributing bread to supermarkets. As a driver, you know better than anyone what is involved in transport, but also in communication and contact with colleagues and customers. Your duties include:
Load your truck independently with help from logistics staff
Delivery to 10 to 15 customers per night.
Loading and unloading: physically active work where you are constantly on the move.
Driving fixed routes, so you know exactly where and when you will be ready.
Check the completeness of the shipment and report missing products where necessary;
Responding appropriately to customer queries and comments.
You work with start times between 00:00 and 03:00 (depending on the route) and finish times between 08:00 and 11:00.Full-time means 5 nights a week, including a (night of Friday to Saturday). If you work on Saturday, you will be free on another night during the week. Once every 4/5 weeks, you are free on Saturday night.
Working at night means you get nice bonuses on top of your salary and, of course, plenty of free time during the day (don't forget to recharge for the next night, of course).
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a driver who:
In possession of a valid CE driving licence, preferably with .
Is physically fit and enjoys being active.
Willing to also occasionally help out in logistics during the familiarisation period.
Flexible and has no objection to working nights and Saturdays.
Possibly willing to start on a bucket truck first if less experienced.
Experience is not necessary: our client provides an induction programme where you will first ride with an experienced driver for a week.
