Functie omschrijving
You will be part of Centre of Excellence Training team and will report to the Domain Lead Innovation & Centre of Knowledge. You have gained your first experience as an eLearning specialist and will work very closely with our trainers and internal and external project managers.
It is your task to assure that new or existing trainings are transferred into eLearning’s with a high standard.

The Centre of Excellence Training department is divided into 3 domains, each with its specific scope: Projects & Outsourcing, Innovation & Centre of Knowledge and Integration & CX Excellence. The Junior eLearning Specialist will be placed in the domain of Innovation & Centre of Knowledge.
Functie eisen
- Expertise in communication and training
- Deep passion for creating engaging learning experiences
- A plus is first experience with delivery of blended learning approach (eLearning mixed with classroom training)
- Strong background in instructional design to analyze content and conceive well-structured training programs
- Strong linguistic skills to write content in a concise and comprehensible way
- Strong visualization skills
- good to have experience with authoring tools as Articulate
- Intermediate video editing skills
- Familiar with using learning management systems, ideally experience with Moodle
- Straight-forward thinking and can-do attitude
- Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages are a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office, with medium to high level skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel,…
