Control Systems Engineer

• 10 years or more BHPIO/WAIO or similar industry experience

• Recent experience with Car Dumper optimization/upgrade projects at Port facilities

• Extensive experience in Allen Bradley RSLogix5000 or Studio5000

• Extensive experience in Allen Bradley GuardLogix PLC, Ethernet/IP protocol, E300 Electronic

Overload Relay, Flex5000 I/O, ArmorBlock I/O, Siemens MV and LV drives, Multilin Feeder and Motor Protection Relays, ABB DC drives

• Previous experience with BHPIO projects and Port/WAIO standard drive logic

• Previous experience with Stackers, Reclaimers and Ship Loaders

• Previous experience with BHPIO Port or similar process control system

• On-site commissioning for upto 6 months

Other experience

• PMAC PlantSCADA, route sequencing system, advanced process control, remote control unloading system, remote isolation system, Tower control, Ethernet and DeviceNet network, functional safety life cycle, safety logic, electrical schematics.
