WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENTHUSIASTIC FLOORMANAGER
As Floormanager, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing the bar and waiting team to provide excellent service to our guests. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.
Your duties include training your staff, monitoring the quality of service, and resolving any issues. You are the point of contact for both the team and the guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- You are at least 25 years old and feel comfortable in a dynamic hospitality environment.
- You have an MBO4 or Bachelor's/Master's level of work and thinking ability.
- You preferably have at least 2 years of work experience as a Floormanager.
- You want to work in permanent employment for 3, 4 or 5 days a week.
- You are used to leading a team in a professional manner, are enthusiastic, and enjoy ensuring our guests have an enjoyable afternoon or evening.
- You can communicate well in Dutch, but preferably also in English and German.
- You are used to working with automated check-in and booking systems.
- You have up-to-date professional and product knowledge of the hospitality industry and know how to apply this in practice.
- You’re good at keeping track of things and enjoy it when it’s nice and busy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- You ensure good daily planning and task allocation.
- You are the ultimate host, welcoming our guests warmly so they feel at home in the Arsenaal.
- You are the point of contact on the work floor for our guests and your colleagues.
- You manage a team of 3 to 6 waiting staff per shift and are responsible for all floor operations.
- You are actively present on the floor, coaching, motivating, and setting an example for your employees.
- You will work with the F&B Manager, the chefs in the kitchen and your colleagues in the office.
